PARTICIPATION

• Members of the program will be awarded V.I.P. Reward Points when qualified purchases are made. The Card must be presented at the time of purchase to qualify for Points. Points may not be added retroactively. So please carry your card when you shop here.
• Membership is not transferrable.
• Points may not be combined with those of any other Member.
• The V.I.P. Rewards Card may be used by Members for purchases to be used solely by that Member. A Member's Card may not be used by any other person.
• However, if two members reside under the same household and share the same customer account number Orange County Harley-Davidson, points and cards may be shared only under these circumstances.
• Members may email a request for current points at Orange County Harley-Davidson, or bring your card to OCHD for a balance check.
• Members may also be eligible to receive special offers reserved for Members only via mail or email. Members may provide Orange County Harley-Davidson valid e-mail address at the time of applying. Orange County Harley-Davidson is not responsible for misdirected and/or undeliverable mail or e-mail. If you prefer not to receive these mailings, please indicate your choice on the application or inform our concierges.
• Membership includes our Free B-B-Q on Saturday's. Your V.I.P. Lunch Card will be issued at the time of membership and is valid for up to 52 uses.
V.I.P. lunch card is required to receive a lunch ticket for our complimentary Saturday B-B-Q's. Only one lunch per card, per day will be served. Lunches will be $5.00 with out V.I.P. lunch card.

PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Orange County Harley-Davidson reserves the right to amend, restrict or terminate the Program or any aspect thereof at any time in the future without notice.
• Membership in the Program may be revoked at any time due to failure to follow the terms of the Program or due to any misrepresentation or other fraudulent acts. In any such case, all points earned may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Orange County Harley-Davidson.
• Abuse of the Program, including allowing another person or company to use a Card, may result in termination of the Member's membership.
• Points for a Member as reflected in the records of Orange County Harley-Davidson shall be deemed correct after the month of issuance and Orange County Harley-Davidson reserves the right to determine the amount of all points/value earned.
• V.I.P. Rewards can not be redeemed for cash.
• Rewards issued are for future purchases.
• V.I.P. Rewards Advantage Card is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties.
• This Program is designed to reward individual customers. (Corporate purchases, companies, and business accounts are not eligible for the Program.)
• Members are responsible for any taxes resulting from participation in the Program.
• Orange County Harley-Davidson will make reasonable efforts to count all qualifying purchases toward the Program, but we are not responsible for any technical errors that may occur.
• V.I.P. Rewards Cards, Points or Value can not be replaced if damaged, lost or stolen.
• Orange County V.I.P. Rewards Membership valid only at Orange County Harley-Davidson.
• Orange County Harley-Davidson reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time for any reason. Any unredeemed Points will be forfeited.
• Orange County Harley-Davidson reserves the right to interpret all rules of the Program.
• Use of the Card constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Program.

POINT EARNING AND REDEMPTION GUIDELINES

• Points will be earned at the rate of 1 point per pre-taxed dollar spent on parts, accessories, clothing, and labor. Motorcycles are excluded.
• Points will not be awarded on any other discount program.
• Points will not be awarded and can not be used on the following types of purchases; motorcycles, service plans (including warranty claims), and insurance(including third party payments), contract labor, labor paid to outside parties such as (paint, chrome, etc.). Points will also not be awarded on any sales tax or use tax payments.
• Customer must present V.I.P. Rewards card at the time of purchase in order for points to be awarded and uploaded to the card.
• V.I.P. Reward points must be added at the time of purchase on the same shopping visit.
• A minimum of 250 points must be earned to qualify for a reward. Reward value issued from points earned may not be applied to the same purchase. Rewards are for future purchases. Reward dollars earned do not qualify for additional points when being redeemed.
• Any Member earning under the minimum Points will not qualify for rewards.
• In the event of refunds, returned checks, or disputed credit card charges, all Points earned for the original purchase will be deducted.
• Members must present original receipt and V.I.P. Rewards Card when returning/exchanging items.
• Purchases made prior to joining our V.I.P. Rewards Program are not eligible for retro accumulation of Points.
• Payments made with OCHD Gift Cards & V.I.P. Rewards are not valid for points.
• Payments made prior to June 1, 2008 are not eligible for V.I.P. Reward points.
• Points earned have no cash value.
• Orange County Harley-Davidson V.I.P. Rewards Advantage Program is only valid at 8677 Research Drive, Irvine CA. store location.
