"After reading the testimonials I wanted to add my comments about my experience with OC Harley. The last time I rode was way back when I was 20, so now 30 years later I didn't want to spend a lot of money to see if I still liked it, so I bought a 1995 Sportster from someone I worked with to find out. I soon discovered the that most of dealers, and nearly all of the independents, have a real attitude problem when it comes to Sporty's, and yes I have heard pretty much every Sportster joke, but this was never the case at OC Harley. From the first time I walked in to buy parts, to when I have had to use the service department, I have been treated with respect, dealt with honestly, and felt welcome. The help from the guys at the parts counter is amazing, from buying the small parts that have worn out on a 15 year old bike, to the tips and tricks to install them, they all go the extra mile to be helpful. So if you are tired of the attitude the other places seem give you, go to OC Harley, you will not be disappointed."

"I Recently purchased my first Harley Davidson from OCHD. I had my motorcycle endorsment for less than 24 hours, before I was on a test ride With Larry. My sales experience was top notch. I was made to feel like part of the family from the minute I stepped into the dealership. They took the time to go over my bike, so that I would know it top to bottom. "I recently bought a Dyna. This is my first bike. But it didnt start there, I took the Riders Edge course it was amazing! It took all of my concerns about riding and put them right out the window. I bought my bike a few weeks after, inbetween the course and my purchase I was in the dealership probably 4 times a week, and the staff never tired of my questions. The staff was extemely helpfull in every aspect. I would reccomend this dealership to any and everyone!"

"Dear Ray,
I wanted to take a time out to thank you and the Dealership for the support I received, from you and the Service Department, after my recent Sturgis Trip fiasco.
As you know, my Screaming Eagle broke down in Cody, WY on the way to Sturgis and the local Harley Dealer was not able to fix my problem and they in turn referred me to an alternative local bike shop for repairs. Long story short, the shop I was referred to could not fix the problem either and I finally had to make the decision to rent a U-haul one way and brought the bike back to OCHD for repairs. As it turned out, there was more damage than we had expected, which led to some potential warranty repair issues.
Thanks to Michelle and Tony in Service, who went to bat for me with the warranty company, all repairs were approved which was awesome, as we were possibly looking at several thousand dollars to repair the bike.
People are often too quick to criticize when things appear to be going bad and seldom take the time to say thanks when things go right. In this case, I felt it was important to say thanks in writing to all who helped me get this problem resolved.
More good news, after getting the bike issue resolved, I decided to trade it in on a 2009 Street Glide, which by the way, the more I ride it the better I like it. The new frame and suspension are awesome as are the ABS Brakes.
Ray thanks again to the dealership for the great support in helping get the bike issue resolved and the great support I have received from the staff over the last 11 years.
